Margaret Solomon Memorial Plant Sale and Meeting

The late Margaret Solomon left her entire collection of beautiful orchids to the Lowveld Orchid Group.  The committe have decided to move some of the plants to Afri Orchids and then to invite all members to an exclusive sale of the collection.

The sale will take place on Sunday, 22 July only between 10h00 and 12h00 at Afri Orchids and remember it will be strictly first come first serve.

The collection has some amazing plants, many awarded ones and also some previous show winners.  The plants will be very reasonably priced, thus enabling all members to own a plant of this caliber.  

Our next meeting was scheduled for 26 July, but we thought it a good idea to combine the meeting and the plant sale.  The greenhouses at Afri Orchids have many plants in flower at the moment and you will see some rare species too.  Also, tea and cake will be served in the garden
