We are getting ready for our annual Mothers' Day Show in the Riverside Mall here in Nelspruit. As usual there will be plenty of beautiful orchids on display and just as many temptingly beautiful ones for sale. The show times are as follows:
Friday 6 May: 09:00 - 18:00
Saturday 7 May: 09:00 - 18:00
Sunday 8 May: 09:00 - 14:00
The display plants has to be delivered at the venue by 18:00 on Thursday, 5 May and of course we need as many of our members as possible to come and help with the set-up and display building.
Only members can display orchids at the show, but if you are not a member and would like to join us, please feel free to email us at lowveldorchidgroup@gmail.com and we'll be sure to send you information on how to join us. We always like to see new faces at the shows and meetings and we are a sharing bunch of people who like to rub some of our knowledge of our favourite plants off onto others.
We'll snap some pics of the winning flowers so be sure to come back here over the weekend for your orchid fix.
